BUSINESS / COMMITTEE / SISTER SOCIETIES’ MEETINGS
The schedule of business meetings, committee and meetings of sister societies will be listed in the Congress Program Book.

CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION/CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS (CME / CPD)
Attendance at this Congress should qualify you for CME / CPD points with your national credentials agency (NCA). Should your NCA need any further details the Organizing Committee will be glad to assist you.

TRADE EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be located in the lobby and annexe of Danang Ballroom and the Gallery Meeting Rooms and will be open at the following times:

Thursday 10th April 2014 0800hrs – 1730hrs
Friday 11th April 2104 0830hrs – 1730hrs
Saturday 12th April 2014 0830hrs – 1730hrs

21st RCD EXHIBITORS’ QUIZ
There will be an Exhibition quiz form which can be found in your delegate bag.
Delegates are encouraged to participate in the quiz. Delegates must visit each participating exhibitor and answer a simple question. All completed quiz forms must be deposited into the Exhibition Quiz Box at the registration desk by 1400hrs on Saturday 12th April 2014. Prizes will be given out during the Congress Gala Dinner. Winners must be present in person to accept their prize. In the event a winner is absent, the prize will be given to the next winner on the list.

EXHIBITORS
A full list of exhibitors and exhibition plan will be available in the Congress Program Book. The OC reserves the right to make changes to this plan as and when need arises.

FIRST AID / CLINIC
Should you require any medical assistance kindly contact the Congress staff. A basic first aid centre is located at the Registration area.

TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
These full-day courses are open to trainees and registrars only. Participants must be registered with Congress at a token course fee of USD50. Each course is limited to 80 participants only. Each registrant is allowed to sign up for once course only. Box Lunch will be provided. Courses available are:

Wednesday 9th April 2014
• ABCD Basic Dermatopathology
• Contact and Occupational Dermatitis
• Dermatologic Surgery
• Skin Nursing Course

Post-Congress Industry-Sponsored Workshops shall be by invitation of the individual company.

POSTER EXHIBITION
The poster exhibition will be located at the lobby of the Gallery Meeting Rooms. The displays will be numbered and arranged as in the Abstract Book. Presentors are requested to set up and take dow their displays ar per specification in the Abstract Submission Form. Posters should not be removed until 1430hrs on 12th April 2014. The Organising Committee shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to a poster presented during the 21st RCD. There shall be a prize for the Best Poster Display. Presenters
are expected to be present during the official judging time.

REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be located in the lobby of the Furama Convention Centre during the following hours:

8th April 2014 1400hrs – 1700hrs
9th April - 12th April 2014 0700hrs – 1800hrs

INDUSTRY-SPONSORED AND SATELLITE SYMPOSIA
The details of Industry-sponsored lunch and concurrent symposia will be clearly listed in the Congress Program Book. If any of the symposia is of interest to you, kindly contact the staff of the relevant companies should you wish to have an invitation.

Venue : Phoenix Palace, Danang
Shuttle will leave at 1900hrs from the Furama Convention Centre & Hotel. Entry by Invitation Cards only.

For vegetarians, kindly have this noted in your registration form.
Entry to industry-sponsored Lunch Symposia shall be by invitation cards issued by the sponsoring companies.

DANANG FACT SHEET
Danang (listen) is one of the major port cities in Vietnam (in addition to Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong) and the biggest city on the South Central Coast of Vietnam; the city is situated on the coast of the South China Sea, at the mouth of the Hàn River. Ðà Nng is the commercial and educational center of Central Vietnam, with a well-sheltered, easily accessible port; its location on the path of National Route 1A and the North-South Railway makes it a hub for transportation. It is located within 100km of several UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Imperial City of Hue, the Old Town of Hoi An, and th My Son ruins.

Danang has a tropical monsoon climate with two seasons: a typhoon & wet season lasting from September through March and a dry season lasting from April through August. The climate is expected to be cool, dry , mild and pleasant for the time of the Congress.

TRAVEL TO DANANG
An increasing number of national airlines fly directly to Danang from Asian destinations. Regular connection flights are available from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
