The Pacific Sutera

The Magellan Sutera
Ethnic-themed and influence by the essence of Borneo, The Magellan Sutera incorporates its natural surroundings with fine timber furnishing and local artefacts to replicate native architecture. Most of the luxurious rooms and suites unveil balconies and all bar none offer views of either the tranquil gardens or the sparkling South China Sea with the nearby islands.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat. Emails are to be sent to: secretariat@asianderm.org
Reimbursements for all cancellations will only be made after the conference.
The cancellation policy is as follows:-
Before 30th August 2010 : 50% refund
After 30th August 2010 : No refund

- Special rates have been arranged with the various hotels.
- Reservation should be made directly with Conventions Masters.
- Reservation can be done online at the congress website.
- Deposit paid is NOT refundable and transferable.
- The Hotel’s official check- in time is 1400 hours, room required before 1400 hours on the day of arrival must be pre-blocked. An additional one (1) night room charge will be levied. Check out time is 1200hours on the day of departure.
- Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation charge of the full duration of stay as per the original booking for each room cancelled.
- Departure date will be re-confirmed during check-in. Short stay will be charged for the full duration of stay as per the original booking.
- Full duration of stay for each room booked will be levied for any no–show on arrival date of confirmed bookings. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
- Hotel assignments are based on availability at time of request. If your choice is not available, the Congress Secretariat will place you in other hotels of the same categories.
